If you're still not convinced, check out the other five shopping centers Minneapolis has to offer. Chain of Lakes, Gaviidae Common, Uptown, Victoria Crossing and Grand Avenue all have stores and boutiques to rival the Big Apple. Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue are just two of the well known names you'll see in these shopping districts.

Minneapolis has more theater seats per capita than any other U.S. city, out numbered only by New York City. If performing arts are what keep you entertained, you couldn't pick a better destination. There are several art centers, museums and galleries to check out in the area.
